Killarney ONT. This is our first home at Killarney. It was great but we had to move to made
room for the "new comers" to the resort. WE moved to the down the water and had a great visit wit hour friends form the Grand Banks Association for dinner that evening. Great to see everyone and enjoy conversation and good food.
This is a friend that accompanied us to the second marina.
We took a little side trip along the Baie Fine...
it was really lovely to see the white cliffs and the water falls.
Some additional pictures of our short side trip.
Gore Bay with our friends. We had had a great time traveling with them and
plan to enjoy a play tonight..
Our really great marina at Gore Bay. Nice facilities and a great town to visit.
What can I say.... Rotary is at work at Gore Bay and in a great way!!!.
At Thessalon we parted with our traveling friends. Dick and Jane in their
Grand Banks 32 "Third Wish" and Betsy and Dick their traveling partners
where great companions during the Trent Severn and we will miss them.

WE bid them a fond good bye and safe voyage as they depart...
A Bike trip from the marina took us to the North's beautiful home. Shirley had invited
up to help ourselves to her vegetables...we did under the watchful eyes of
their neighbor..who we learned later was the local law enforcement officer.

It was really great spinach however!!!
The marina in Thessalon ONT.. What a great community effort. We
learned all of the details from Ronnie Showan the hard
work that has created and sustains this marina.

I also learned a great deal about the history of the area and Drummand Island from Ronnie. What a treasure he is. Thanks for a great experience.
